I'm not surprised at this point that we're going through a mass extinction period and if we keep this up. it takes one species extinction and whole ecosystems be ruined, possibly humanity if this keeps up.
Why do we keep calling ourselves Homo Sapiens Sapiens, where "Sapiens" means "wise"? What would other species call us?... A few years ago, there was a big sci fi movie related to this, called "STUPID."
