Are you a quiet person or do you like to talk?

The quiet type often speak at the wrong time or say the wrong thing... sounds like me...

I heard it said: Talking is like dancing; Knowing when to lead and when to follow... I can't dance... though I can talk... I just don't feel like talking most of the time
