Problem uploading pictures

Hi i just joined this site having problems uploading pictures, i tried changing format to no avail. Im using a mobile devise. Can anyone help kind regards richard

Here's some instructions: Member panel menu,manage profile pictures, choose file, select picture, uplaod P.S, go to picture 2
