What is this feeling in my chest, where my heart is? It literally feels hard, and sometimes heavy. At times it even feels cold. It never feels empty though. Why is it when anyone talks about love, or saying everyone will find love, etc. I cringe? Why has it become too hard to watch videos or clips etc. where people are being physically or emotionally hurt? I literally close the video. Why has it become so hard to be sweet like I could before? Maybe because whenever I was I was treated badly... Why has everyone stopped reaching out to me for no reason whatsoever? Why does everyone act stand-off ish to me? Why doesn't anyone reply to my messages or attemps of contact, and when they reply, act uninterested or don't initiate contact or plans, ever? I can't even act the way I used to, or feel the way I used to. My energy has totally made a 360, literally. Help?
